Welcome to Ruhungary.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.ruhungary.com/ (the “Site”), including browsing products, creating or using a customer account where available, placing an order, contacting customer support, and using other services made available through the Site.

The Site is operated by Ruhungary. Throughout these Terms, “Ruhungary,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Ruhungary.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order through it.

About Ruhungary

Ruhungary is an independently operated U.S. online retail store offering women’s yoga wear, activewear, and selected active lifestyle accessories.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to display products, support checkout, process orders, and operate the Site.

Eligibility to Use the Site

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your place of residence to place an order through the Site.

If you have not reached the applicable age of majority, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By submitting an order, you represent that the information you provide is complete and accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Permitted Use

You may use the Site for lawful personal shopping, product research, customer support, and other purposes consistent with these Terms.

You may not use the Site in a manner that interferes with its security, availability, functionality, or normal operation.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present available product information clearly and accurately, including product names, descriptions, images, colors, sizes, materials, care information, prices, and availability.

Product details may vary by item. Customers should review the applicable product page, selected size, color, quantity, variant, and Size Guide before placing an order.

Product colors and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography conditions, screen settings, and device displays.

Measurements and sizing information are provided as general guidance. Fit may vary depending on product design, material, construction, intended fit, and individual body measurements.

When a product page provides product-specific sizing, material, care, or use information, that product-specific information applies to the item.

Product Availability

Products are offered subject to availability.

Adding a product to a shopping cart does not reserve the product or guarantee that it will remain available.

We may update inventory, limit available quantities, discontinue products, or remove product listings when reasonably necessary.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may contact the customer with available options. These options may include modifying the order, selecting an available alternative, canceling the affected product, or canceling the order.

If an unavailable product cannot be fulfilled and no alternative is agreed upon, any applicable payment for that product will be voided, reversed, or refunded to the original payment method.

Product and Website Errors

Although we work to maintain accurate information, product descriptions, prices, images, availability, promotions, or other Site content may occasionally contain an error or become outdated.

We may correct an error, update information, or revise a product listing when reasonably necessary.

If a material pricing, inventory, product, or technical error affects an order before fulfillment, we may contact the customer to explain the issue and provide available options.

Available options may include confirming corrected information, modifying the order, selecting an alternative product, or canceling the affected item or order.

We will not intentionally substitute a materially different product without the customer’s agreement.

Pricing and Currency

Prices on the Site are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless another currency is clearly shown during the shopping or checkout process.

Prices and promotions may change before an order is submitted.

A price change will not ordinarily alter the price of an order that has already been accepted, except when correction of an obvious pricing or technical error is reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law.

Before submitting payment, customers can review the applicable product prices, quantities, selected options, discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and order total.

The amount charged by Ruhungary will be displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.

We do not intentionally add undisclosed mandatory charges after an order has been submitted.

Shipping Charges

Ruhungary currently provides free standard shipping on orders placed through the Site.

Availability of delivery to a particular country, state, territory, military address, or other destination is determined by the shipping options available during checkout.

Free standard shipping refers to the shipping charge imposed by Ruhungary. It does not include taxes, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, currency-conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or other charges independently imposed by governments, customs authorities, financial institutions, payment providers, or carriers.

Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms and the policies published on the Site.

After an order is submitted, an order confirmation email is generally sent to the email address provided during checkout.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. It does not by itself guarantee final acceptance, product availability, processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Orders may be reviewed for:

• Successful payment authorization
• Product availability
• Complete and accurate billing information
• Complete and accurate shipping and contact information
• Verification of important order details
• Applicable payment-security and fraud-prevention checks
• Compliance with these Terms and our published policies

We may place an order on hold, decline it, or cancel it when:

• Payment cannot be authorized
• Required order information is incomplete or inaccurate
• Important order details cannot be reasonably verified
• The product is unavailable
• A material pricing, product, inventory, or technical error has occurred
• Suspected unauthorized or fraudulent activity is identified
• The order violates these Terms, another published policy, or applicable law

If an order is canceled, we will notify the customer using the contact information provided with the order when reasonably possible.

Any applicable payment will be voided, reversed, or refunded according to the payment status and original payment method.

Order Limits and Resale

We may limit product quantities when reasonably necessary to manage inventory, prevent misuse, address suspected fraud, or prevent unauthorized commercial resale.

Products purchased through the Site are intended primarily for personal use unless Ruhungary agrees otherwise in writing.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods at checkout:

The payment methods displayed during checkout are the payment options currently available for the applicable customer, device, location, and order.

Some digital wallets or payment methods may only appear when supported by the customer’s device, browser, location, or payment account.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can begin processing.

Payments are processed through Shopify and the applicable payment provider selected during checkout.

Ruhungary does not directly store complete credit card or debit card numbers on its website or servers.

Additional payment conditions, including temporary authorization holds, taxes, currency conversion, external fees, refunds, and payment disputes, are explained in our Payment Policy.

Payment Authorization

When an order is submitted, the selected payment method may be authorized or charged as part of the checkout process.

Successful payment authorization does not by itself guarantee that an order will be accepted, processed, fulfilled, or shipped.

A bank, card issuer, PayPal, or another payment provider may display a pending transaction or temporary authorization hold after an order or payment attempt.

If an order is not completed or is canceled, the applicable payment provider may require additional processing time to release the authorization hold.

Ruhungary does not control the timing of a bank or payment provider’s authorization-release process.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined or cannot be completed, the order will not begin processing until a valid payment has been successfully submitted.

Customers should verify that their payment information, billing address, account balance, and other payment details are complete and accurate.

For privacy and security reasons, Ruhungary may not receive the specific reason a bank, card issuer, PayPal, or another payment provider declined a transaction.

Customers may contact their payment provider for additional information or use another payment method displayed during checkout.

Discounts and Promotions

Discounts and promotional offers are subject to the conditions displayed with the applicable promotion.

A valid discount must generally be entered or applied before payment is completed.

Discounts may be limited by product, customer, destination, order value, usage period, or other clearly disclosed conditions.

Expired, invalid, or ineligible discounts cannot be applied.

Multiple discounts may not be combined unless the applicable promotion clearly states otherwise.

A discounted price does not automatically make a product final sale. A product will only be treated as final sale when that condition is clearly disclosed before purchase.

Taxes and International Charges

Applicable sales tax or other legally required tax may be calculated based on the shipping destination, products ordered, sales channel, and applicable tax rules.

Any tax collected as part of an order will be displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, processing fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority, carrier, or another third party.

When these charges are not collected during checkout, they may be assessed separately after the order is placed.

These external charges are not shipping fees charged by Ruhungary and are not controlled by Ruhungary.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to request a product change, order cancellation, or shipping-address correction, contact us as soon as possible at hello@ruhungary.com.

We will review the request based on the order’s current processing and shipment status.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

If a cancellation is approved after payment has been captured, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

After we process a cancellation, reversal, or refund, the customer’s bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional processing time to update the account.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered according to our Shipping Policy.

Our standard order-processing time is 1–3 business days.

Estimated shipping time for orders delivered within the United States is 6–9 business days after processing.

The estimated total delivery time for U.S. orders is 7–12 business days, calculated as processing time plus shipping time.

Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, customs procedures, address problems, service interruptions, order volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information is generally provided by email after an order ships, when tracking is available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Address changes requested after an order enters processing, fulfillment, or shipment may not be possible.

Additional shipping conditions, including international delivery, tracking, delayed packages, and address issues, are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.

Customers must obtain return authorization and follow the applicable return instructions before mailing a product back.

For standard returns, including a change of mind or selection of the wrong size, color, or style, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, Ruhungary will review the issue and provide the applicable return arrangement when the claim is confirmed.

For an eligible returned product, Ruhungary reviews and issues an approved refund within 1–3 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another method is required by applicable law or agreed to in writing.

Restocking fee: $0. Ruhungary does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

After a refund is issued, the customer’s bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in the customer’s account.

Ruhungary cannot control or guarantee the payment provider’s posting time after the refund has been submitted.

Customer Accounts

If the Site allows you to create or use a customer account, you are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting your login credentials.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances for which you are not legally responsible.

Please contact us promptly at hello@ruhungary.com if you believe your account or login credentials have been accessed or used without authorization.

We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect the customer, investigate suspected unauthorized activity, maintain Site security, or enforce these Terms.

Electronic Communications

When you place an order, contact us, or otherwise interact with the Site, you may receive electronic communications relating to:

• Order confirmations
• Payment or verification issues
• Shipping and tracking updates
• Returns and refunds
• Customer support requests
• Site security
• Policy or service changes

Transactional and service-related communications are separate from optional promotional marketing communications.

Marketing communications may be discontinued through the unsubscribe method included in the applicable message.

Personal Information and Privacy

Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy also explains cookies, analytics, advertising tools, Google and Pinterest integrations, privacy requests, sale or sharing opt-outs, targeted advertising choices, and Global Privacy Control where applicable.

Intellectual Property

The Ruhungary name, Site text created by us, original layout elements, policies, graphics, and other materials owned by Ruhungary may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-party trademarks, brand names, product names, images, descriptions, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

Nothing on the Site transfers ownership of any intellectual property right to a visitor or customer.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, scrape, or commercially exploit protected Site content without permission from the applicable rights holder, except where allowed by law.

The presence of a third-party trademark or brand reference on the Site does not by itself imply sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, or authorization unless that relationship is clearly stated.

User Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions

If you voluntarily send us a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other material, you represent that:

• You have the right to provide the material
• The material reflects your genuine experience when it describes a product or purchase
• The material does not knowingly contain false or misleading information
• The material does not infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights
• The material does not contain unlawful, abusive, threatening, or harmful content

We may use submitted material to respond to your request, provide customer support, investigate an issue, improve our services, or publish a review when you have submitted it for publication and the use is permitted by law.

We may decline, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms, but we are not required to publish every submission.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site or its services to:

• Violate applicable law or regulation
• Submit false, deceptive, or fraudulent information
• Use a payment method without authorization
• Interfere with Site security, functionality, or availability
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account, system, or network

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Engage in spam, phishing, fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity

The Site may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, digital wallets, shipping carriers, Google, Pinterest, social platforms, and other service providers.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and operating practices.

Ruhungary does not control and is not responsible for the independent content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites and services.

A link or technical integration does not necessarily mean that Ruhungary endorses every statement, product, or service offered by the third party.

Advertising and Analytics

We may use analytics, advertising, measurement, and marketing tools provided by Shopify, Google, Pinterest, and other service providers.

These tools may help us operate and improve the Site, understand customer interactions, measure advertising performance, and display relevant advertisements.

Site Availability

We work to maintain a functional and accessible online store, but we do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, completely secure, or free from technical errors.

We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, technical updates, service-provider interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Product and Service Disclaimers

Except for warranties or guarantees expressly stated on the applicable product page, products and Site services are provided subject to their published descriptions, these Terms, our other policies, and applicable law.

We do not guarantee that a product will fit every individual, achieve a particular fitness result, or be suitable for a use that is not stated in the applicable product description.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties concerning uninterrupted Site operation or error-free digital access.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, consumer-protection remedy, or other legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ruhungary will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to access the Site.

Ruhungary is not responsible for loss caused solely by:

• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Unauthorized use of the customer’s payment method or account credentials when not caused by Ruhungary
• Independent acts or delays of carriers, customs authorities, financial institutions, or third-party services outside our reasonable control
• Customer misuse, alteration, or use of a product contrary to provided instructions

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence where that liability cannot be limited, or any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Nothing in these Terms limits applicable rights relating to refunds, defective products, unauthorized transactions, privacy, or consumer protection.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or reasonable costs arising directly from your material violation of these Terms, unlawful misuse of the Site, infringement of another person’s rights, or fraudulent activity.

This provision does not require a consumer to compensate Ruhungary for claims caused by Ruhungary’s own unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach of these Terms.

Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs delays, governmental action, labor interruptions, widespread service outages, cybersecurity incidents affecting third-party providers, or other comparable events.

When such an event materially affects an order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate available information and provide an appropriate solution consistent with our published policies and applicable law.

Termination and Suspension

These Terms remain effective while you use the Site.

You may stop using the Site at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a material violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity, security concerns, unlawful conduct, or misuse that could harm customers, the Site, or third parties.

Termination does not eliminate payment, return, refund, privacy, intellectual property, dispute, or other obligations that arose before termination or that logically continue afterward.

Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms and transactions with Ruhungary are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This governing-law provision does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that apply under the law of the consumer’s place of residence and cannot legally be waived by contract.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from exercising rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No Waiver

If Ruhungary does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not permanently waive the right to enforce the provision later.

A waiver is effective only when clearly made by the party granting it.

Assignment

You may not transfer rights or obligations under these Terms in a manner that materially affects an order or another party without our written agreement.

Ruhungary may transfer these Terms as part of a lawful business reorganization, financing, merger, sale, or transfer of business operations, subject to applicable law and existing consumer rights.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and disclosures referenced on the Site, form the agreement between you and Ruhungary regarding use of the Site and purchases made through it.

If a product page or promotion contains a specific condition that clearly applies to a particular item or offer, that specific condition will apply together with these Terms.

Changes generally apply prospectively from the date they are posted.

An order is ordinarily governed by the Terms and policies in effect when the order was submitted, subject to any additional rights required by applicable law.

Continued use of the Site after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future use of the Site.
